Manley Village Hall is run by a management committee made up 7 elected members (elected at the AGM) and 12 representatives of the hall's user groups. The current committee was elected at the AGM on 23rd May 2012.

Manley Village Hall is a registered charity and as such has has a governing document or "scheme" which lays down the rules for the
running of the hall. this document was registered with the secretary of state in 1965. The current trustees are working to ensure this document is adhered to. The scheme states:

"The object of the foundation shall be the provision and maintenance of a village hall for the use of the inhabitants of Manley and the neighbourhood without distinction of sex or of political, religious or other opinions, and in particular for use for meetings, lectures and classes, and for other forms of recreation and leisure-time occupation, with the object of improving the conditions of the life of said inhabitants."
